- All Mappin & Webb products come with a 12-month warranty against any manufacturer's defect.
- The product will need to be assessed by the jewellery or QC team before a decision is made, i.e. is the repair because of a defect or due to accidental damage. A decision will then be made whether to repair or replace the product. Please email our customer services for more information.

- Primarily in the UK
- Where some silver goods can not be manufactured in the UK, Mappin & Webb work with a UK supplier in Thailand.
- Leather goods are made through a licensed supplier in Turkey.
- Responsible sourcing: Mappin & Webb take their responsibilities to society seriously and have strict policies and procedures in place to make sure everyone they do business with shares the commitment to upholding human rights and protecting our planet for the future.

- Cleaning products and solutions specifically for silver can be purchased online. We recommend Town Talk or
Hagerty. - We do not recommend products designed for other metals, including Brass, Chrome etc.
- Most commonly, Silver can be cleaned using a silver cloth that has an impregnated solution, and gently using this to
clean the product, this can also be used on materials that are Rhodium Plated. - Should an item require a more
intense clean, a silver liquid solution can then be used. - Always refer to and follow manufacturer's instructions.
