How do I cancel an order?

We don’t currently allow customers to cancel orders directly. But don't fret! Just reach out to our Customer Service team, and they'll take care of it for you. Please note that we can only cancel orders before they're shipped.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to update your delivery details, please contact our Customer Service team to place a new order with the corrected delivery information.

Returns & Refunds


How do I return an item?

If you'd like to return an item to us, you can follow our simple instructions on our Returns Portal.

How long does it take to process my refund/exchange?

We try our best to process your refund/exchange within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). However, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to be fully processed.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If your item is within our returns window (30 days from order fulfillment), you have the option to exchange your item for a different variation (e.g. colour or size). Please note that in certain scenarios you may not have the ability to exchange an item, but you’ll be able to see the options that are available to you when you start the returns process.

Do I pay for postage on returns?

No, we offer free returns for all UK customers.

For international returns, customers will be responsible for arranging their own shipping back to Team GB Store.

What should I do if my discount code doesn't work?

If you've received a voucher/discount code and this doesn't work, please check the following before contacting us:

  1. Have you copy and pasted the code exactly - please ensure you have not missed a character or a dash.
  2. Does your code have an expiry date. Some codes are only valid for a limited time.

Do you offer discounts for students?

At the moment we do not offer discounts for Students, but we're working on it.

How long are Gift Cards valid for?

Gift cards are valid for 1 year.
