Payment Methods
You can pay with one of the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal or Google Pay. 

Promo / Discount Codes

  • Discount codes may be applied in the 'Discount' box shown 'Order Summary' on the first page of the Checkout.
  • If you have an issue applying a valid code please Contact Us.
  • Discount Codes cannot be used to discount the purchase price of a Team GB Shop Gift Card. 

How to Buy a Gift Card

  • Gift Cards can be purchased online and are electronic.
  • They are available in £5, £10, £25, £50 and £100 denominations.
  • The Gift Card will be issued via email to the purchaser who can then forward the details to the intended recipient.
  • It is not possible to 'top up' an existing Gift Card.
  • Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

How to Redeem a Gift Card

  • To redeem your Gift Card, you will need the unique code which can be obtained from the original email sent when the Gift Card was issued, or via your Account (if the Gift Card has been linked).
  • When placing a new order, the Gift Card code can be entered into the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' box which can be found in the 'Order Summary' on the first page of the Checkout. Please enter the code and select the 'Apply' button. 
  • Multiple gift cards may be redeemed against a single order. 
  • If the full Gift Card value is not redeemed when placing an order, then the unspent balance will remain assigned to the Gift Card to be used in the future. 
  • The balance of a Gift Card can be checked via your Account, or by selecting the link in the original Gift Card email or by Contacting Us. 
  • It is not possible to use a Gift Card to pay for the purchase of another Gift Card.

DELIVERY

Delivery Options
We offer a range of delivery options for UK and International customers, and delivery is FREE for orders over £50! More information about delivery

Where Is My Tracking Number?
If you have chosen a tracked delivery option then you will receive a link to the courier tracking website in the email sent when your order is despatched.  If you have not paid for a tracked service (i.e. you selected Standard Delivery) then your shipment will not be tracked (unless we decide to upgrade your shipment to this service at time of despatch). 

Where Is My Order?
If you have received a despatch confirmation email from us, but have not received your order within the estimated delivery time please contact our Customer Services team

ORDER ISSUES

Faulty Item
If you have received an item which is faulty when delivered please return to us, as set out in the guide in our Returns Policy.

Wrong Item
If you have received an incorrect item please Contact Us with your order number and a photo of the item so we can resolve this quickly for you.

Missing Item
If you have received only part of your order or an incorrect item please Contact Us with your order number and details of the issue so we can resolve this quickly for you. 

How to Cancel an Order

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How to Return An Item
If you need to return an item a guide can be found in our Returns Policy.

When Will I Received My Refund?
Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received by our warehouse. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only (for example credit card or PayPal account) and this can take up to 5 working days depending on your bank.

PRODUCT & STOCK

Sizing 
You will find size guides on each product, this relates directly to the product you are viewing and may differ between styles and ranges so please check each item you are purchasing. If you are still unsure which size to order please Contact Us and we can advise you.

Washing & Care
We recommend washing all our clothing following the care labels that can be found in each product. Generally, this is washing at 30 degrees and line drying. If you have any questions please Contact Us.

When Will New Stock Arrive? 
If we have an expected shipment date for a product this will be detailed on the product page.  If the next shipment date is unknown the product will be marked as out of stock. 

Preorders Products
Please note, that if your order contains both in-stock and preorder products your order will not be despatched until the preorder products arrives in our warehouse.
